The proposed Water Theme Park is aimed at providing wholesome enjoyment to people of all ages along Themes and Concepts of Indian Mythology. Within the Water Park different attractions such as the Uchchaishravas Fountain, Balaji Water Falls, Neelakanta Water Falls, Garuda Slides, Wave Pool, 1.25 KM Crazy River, Shanka Chakra Teertam, Little Krishna Kids,Floating Rama Temple, Pool etc. are going to give a lifetime Memorable Experience to all Age Group People.

Keeping the amaging aspect in mind, the designers have evolved a Theme Park which unites the various Myths and Realities of which Hindu Religion is woven of. This Spiritual Park is wonderful blend of gods from the celestial world’s hobbling with mere Mortals from Earth. Since The Company has a land bank of over 18 Acres, considering the business potential, it proposes to set up a Water Theme Park within the Project site. As the project is a divine destination, setting up of a Water Theme Park would not only complete the wholesomeness of the destination’s holistic approach but also enable immense prospects of cross-selling wide segments of clients the thrill of using water recreation facilities. This would considerably increase the revenue flow streams and also augment profits. World over, Water Parks are successful business models particularly, hotel projects and resorts combined with Water Theme Park have proven better results and could withstand the pressures of fluctuating economic situations.

UCHAISHRAVA FOUNTAIN

As per Hindu Mythology Uchaishrava is one of the holy object evolved in the process of Churning of Ocean of Milk by Suras and Asurasas. The Company has adopted the concept and planning to construct a water fountain that resembles emerging of Uchaishrava from Ocean of Milk.

FLOATING RAMA TEMPLE

Waves like in Oceanwill be artificially created in water, in one acre land at Floating Rama Temple. Visitors will be distributed Hanuman dress and floating stones with Lord Rama’s name inscribed on it. Visitors will wear Hanuman dress like Vanaras. They will start from one side of water of waves, make Rama Sethu by putting floating stones on water. Visitors can walk on Rama Sethuto cross the water and reach Rama Temple which is situated in another side of the water. After Visitors reached Rama temple they can have Darshan of Lord Rama, perform Puja and receive Prasadam. The entire concept is called Floating Rama Temple. It gives an emotional and memorable experience for visitors. It gives a strange feel since visitors will have interactive and immersive participation of making Rama Sethu and crossing on it, similar to VANARAS crossing the Ocean on Rama Sethu. Finally Visitors will be presented one floating stone to have life time experience of it.
