The available Hospitality Infrastructure in Tirupati offers limited facilities and the existing capacity is inadequate for the accommodation of the enormous Tourist/Pilgrim influx into the area. In view of the above, it is proposed to construct a 275 key 5-Star Hotel as a part of the Devlok Theme Park Project. Hotel also comprise of Ayurvedic Health Village which aims to provide wholesome wellness and pure well-being from head to toe. It redefines rejuvenation and enriches wellness in eco friendly and tranquil environment. It offers treatments from a scientific blend of ancient Indian, Oriental and modern contemporary medicine.

International Convention Centre:

Tirupati is a holy place, many people aspire to celebrate their joyous events in the presence of Lord Venkateswara. In order to provide an appropriate facility to cater the demand for conventions and events at Holy Footsteps of Lord Venkateswara the Company proposes to develop an International Convention Centre with a capacity of 2500 Pax. This convention center will provide superior and world-class infrastructure to celebrate important and joyous events such as Marriage, Birth Day functions, Corporate Meetings, Product Launches and other Functions.

We have already entered into agreement with ACCOR HOTELS under the brand of NOVOTEL, for Operations and Management of the 5 Star Hotel. TIME SHARING – MEMBERSHIP (RCI Affiliated)

The Company has an alternative option to raise funds for development of this Project by selling Room Days in 5-Star Hotel on Time-Sharing basis to the customers tentatively as given under. And to strengthen, Time-share Management of our 5 Star Hotel, we have entered into a tie-up with RCI (Resorts Condominiums International), a global leader and world's largest resort holiday exchange network with around 4,500 resorts in 150 countries.
